Noel Deelen, born in 1983, studied at the Willem de Kooning Academie in Rotterdam (The Netherlands). Noel is a director, known of the short comedy sketches Belony with over 12 million views.

He also produced video clips for some famous Dutch rappers.

Currently, Noel is working on his first feature film Noir.
